This is an acoustic number I wrote. The acoustic guitar and the drums are clean. Everything else has the Tremorslo on it.
Bass, lo syth bass, organ bass and hi wah synth bass.
I think this is Trippy Happy Fun song. Cheers!

I have said this before as well as via FB tonight. You are honestly a god amongst men with a bass, that **** kills demons for breakfast and charms beautiful dames for dinner. How the hell do you continue to make so many interesting recordings with your bass as I want to be that skillfull.

Wow dude...That is coolest thing anyone has ever said to me. Thank you, I am humbled. :o
Honestly though without all the inspiration my Brotha Fuzzrocious Ry gives me by making such KILLER stuffs, I don't know what I'd do?! :bassist:

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying a rat tail, really like what I've heard so far, but I was just wondering if it can get a sound similar to what Simon Gallup (The Cure) gets with his Metal Zone, I'd love to have that tone on one switch and a heavier tone on the second switch, cheers in advance

That sounds more like an all tube amp overdriven with bass EQ cut and fade heavy on the bridge pup.

The RT may get you there, but I wouldn't know. I sold mine over a year and a half ago. However, there are plenty of RT users still lurking this thread that I'm sure will give you an honest opinion.

right, for some reason I always attributed the lack of bass EQ to his use of the metal zone, maybe he doesn't use it as much as I thought, either way rat tail doesn't have to get that tone, planing on getting it soon anyway, just would be cool if it could

and you may be correct. Even if the RT doesn't get you "that tone", it will give you a great tone. The RT is popular for a reason. It takes some knob twiddling to get used to it's dynamics, but once you find that sweet spot, :bassist:

I regret selling mine and hope to get another someday.
