I currently own a bass big muff, but am looking for an upgrade. I want something with a mids control to cut through in the mix, so thats why I chose these two. I have heard demos of the stache, and I absolutely love it (if I got the stache I would get it with diodes and tone bypass switch mods). I have heard good things about the stomp under foot pedals on here, but there are no demos available online. If anyone has soundclips for either of these pedals, please share.

Shameless plug - I have a MojoHand Colossus in the classifieds. It's a civil war muff with a mids knob and three way toggle to adjust bass response. There's a good bass demo on the Tube. From what I understand the Stache is a bit more gainy and mean sounding than some of the straight civil war style muffs. I think all choices are can't fail.

Which pedal did you end up going for?
