I was playing the my Tribute L2000 earlier and was thinking of this post at the time, it's the best sounding bass and ideal bass for some songs I play, in others a P Bass, a jazz or even my Ray was a better option.
There really isn't one bass that is the absolute best at everything, so I'm not going to even try to commit to playing one kind of bass if I don't have to. Different tools for the job.
