I'm shopping for a new bass and I am think about 3 different choices.
One is a G&L L2000, and I was hoping to get some reviews from some people who have played them. I'm wondering if its too much bass for me. while I like having all the options it seems to offer, I'm not sure if I will need it all. One thing I really like is the humbuckers.
The other two choices is a mexican j-bass, and an american 60th anniversary j-bass. The mexi bass is much cheaper and the american is oh so beautiful.
I play a 5-string now and want to experiment with a 4-string to see if i'd rather stick to 4.
any tips?
