    I recently went on tour and experienced an awakening experience. After playing the same bass for a month I realized how excessive it is to have so many basses. I am also getting married in 6 months and could use some extra money so here we go...

    For sale is a Tom Hamilton ASAT bass. I purchased this about 2 months ago from ebay. It has all certificates, hang tags, etc. along with the original bill of sale. The bass is cosmetically in excellent shape. What I will add is that it had a lot of 60 cycle hum when I got it... (more than my other ASAT which is my #1).

    After consulting TB, looking into the cavity, and talking with G&L it was determined that a ground was needed. Instead of paying $100 to ship the bass to G&L for repair I took out my soldering iron and added a ground. Problem solved. I just figured it was worth mentioning.

    I could be swayed to include the matching red fret wrap and Couch guitar strap if you are interested. $1500 shipped CONUS... add $30 east of the Mississippi
