Double Bass Gallien Krueger Mount for MB Combos

Does anybody know where to get hold of these. I use and MB150 and the extension cab of the same size. I have had a few gigs recently where the amp and cab where up at head height. Made a great difference. I was able to turn down and have much better control over the projection of sound. i understand you can get a mic stand mount for them.........can't find any. Any ideas?

I'm surprised they won't ship to England?? Have you asked them nicely in an email?? If you have no other options.... I sell on Ebay (pwefx21tw) and I'm shipping all over planet often. You can Paypal me the funds, I can forward it RMC, have them ship to me and I'll ship it to you. It seems a lot to go through... but it's an option.

Zombie thread. But I'm having a heck of a time finding one of these mounting brackets. A Google search isn't terribly helpful and the item doesn't seem to appear on GK's website. If I could get the part number or official name of this thing it might help. Otherwise I might have to have one custom made for me. Any ideas?

Well, I did look for a stand for my Tecamp PUHMA 2x12 combo. Did not find anything.

So I ordered 4 long table steel legs with mount with a lock mechanism allowing to remove the legs easily from the mount.

Also I purchased a MDF wood plate of exactly the width and depth of the PUHMA combo.

For the gig I quickly mount the 4 legs to the plate, remove the cover from my PUHMA combo, put my "table" on stage, put the cover over it for a good look and set my amp on that table device.

The "table" is 90cm of height, the combo is 75cm of height so I have the speakers high enough.

Costs for the steel table legs was €50 plus €5 for the MDF plate.

I think its not hard to imaging the "small table" plate of the size of the amp.

Just measure the amp width and depth.
Got to the DIY store and let them cut you a MDF 21mm thick plate of width and depth.

I did cut away the corners with a jig saw and smoothed the edges with a sander.

Then I painted the edges with wood stain.

Now mount the mount devices.

VERY IMPORTANT: add a clip to the bottom of the table plate to store the hex-wrench to fix the legs, otherwise you will miss it on the next gig or you trust your toolset in the gigbag.

Actually this is what I was looking for:

But now that you mention it. Adding a mounting cup to the bottom of the amp could be even more convenient as I could just leave it there when not in use.
