GarageBand

    well, i just got GarageBand. i don't have a midi keyboard so i was wondering if it's possible to setup my computer keyboard as a midi keyboard. is this possible?

    there is, unfortunately you will not get touch sensitivity, but it's better than nothing.

    thanks, but how do i get it to work with garageband?

    Set up a new track in GB using a software instrument (not a real instrument). Your MIDI keyboard should now control this new track. I use MIDIKeys and it works for me.

    well i'm using LoudK, is there something i have to set up?

    I have no idea, I've never heard of LoudK. I think you should dig around in the help files or on their website.

    If that doesn't work, grab MIDIKeys. It's free, and it's as simple to use as starting up MIDIKeys, then starting GarageBand.
