But I can't decide which color to get. I've pretty much narrowed it down to Honeyburst or Cherryburst, black pickguard, rosewood board and matching headstock.

The problem I'm having is finding very many samples of either or both to compare. And photos of either depending on the lighting seem to look like the other.

Please if you have pics of these colors, or better yet, one of each that can be photographed side-by-side - please post.

My vote goes for Honeyburt. Have you considered getting it with a tort pickguard? I recently saw a photo of one and I believe it is one of the nicest EBMM combos ever.

Yeah, I thought about a tortoise pickguard too. If I get black, I figure I can always get the tortoise pickguard later and just replace it when I change strings - if I change my mind.

Or the other way around.

I A/B'd a 4HH with my L2000 last week, and fell in love. Talk about a big bottom!
