The Gallien Krueger MBE. I sold my GK 200 MB (series II) to get the new version. Only to discover that they had changed the EQ section.
The amp lost all it's inherent warmth. By the time they got around to building the MBS, I had moved on to other amplifiers.
Man, ain’t that the truth.
The GK 200MB combo is MARVEL!
I absolutely love mine (1984).
Side note...
when I bought the 200MB (back in the day 1984) from Manny’s in NYC everyone thought I was nuts.
