general amp question

i wanna use my tune amps line output, but i do not want a cabnit pluged into it, what the thing called that i need to be able to run the amp this way saftly?.

Does it have a tube power section?

Then you'll need a power soak or dummy load. I think THD makes one, among others. Some guys say that they are no good for you amp, so let's wait until they come here and comment.
