Comes with everything you need: carry bag, speakon cable, power cable (obviously), mounting bracket, and possibly even the manual if I can find it.
I have the original shipping box for the combo, but I'm not sure if that'll work with the bag.
Worst case scenario is I ship the bag in a different box (because the original shipping box has all the good padding already).
