"Get Back" film

Watched about an hour of Part 1 last night, both boring and fascinating in equal amounts. George is still present when I dropped off, but the passive issues between him and Paul seems to be growing. It is interesting how John just watches... I'm sure we've all been in practices trying to work out an arrangement and there is someone noodling in and out... not to mention trying write new material with a deadline. It is cool to see the small breakouts that we know will become classics. Still there is a lot of dead airtime around those moments. I would never make it through at the theater ;)

Watched the end of Part 1 the other night, Peter Jackson made George feelings pretty clear. Watching Paul and John working together, seeing George's expression reminded me of when my mom used to force me to take my little brother along when I went out after school. Being six years younger it was always awkward for him (and a hassle for me watching out for him). It's pretty amazing the quality sound they came up with.
