Oh, well, in that case just fire him then. You are going to anyway. In fact, the reason you posted this on TB is just to get some psychological validation for your point of view and some reassurance knowing that other people could and would do the same.

Well we handled it just by sitting down and having a serious talk about it. Which really what we hoped for as let's just say he had an interesting way of showing how he had feelings for the drummers girlfriend. And for people wondering, I edited the original first post after I figured out that we just needed to communicate. We're still figuring out whether or not he should stay but we atleast had an in depth discussion before making a rushed decision
