Well, I have a set of Ernie Ball Super Slinkys laying around (45-100), I think I'll put them on, adjust relief and action as low as possible, and see what happens. Next step would be preamp, then pickups. It would be so cool to have my iconic P Bass sound and then pop like Freddy whenever I get the notion or the song dictates, without switching guitars.
