Getting audio from a video?

Google is the place to start. I had a program that did this but I have no idea where it came from or what it was called. I found it using Google though, and there were plenty to choose from. Try searching for something like 'Free dvd audio ripper'.

Run the audio out from the DVD player into an input on your stereo receiver.

Run RCA cables from the record outputs of the receiver to the audio in on your computer (you'll need the red, white to 1/8" cable).

Record on your computer (on PC it's "sound recorder")

Save as wave files.
