Resolved Getting new posts for Watched Forums only. How?

Sorry but there are a gazillion forum issue threads and I couldn't spot this. I have set my Watched Forums (I am only interested in Double Bass). How do I get new posts only for my Watched Forums as I don't want all the electric bass stuff which dominates new posts? Thank you
