GHS precision flats 45-126

Just put this on my squier vm p 5 and this are awesome. Fat, growl and punchy sound. A bit stiff but you can lower the action with that. No truss rod tweak, it seems their structure is less flexible. Very balanced in tension an volume. Glassy feeling, zero fret noise. Not zing upper mids like fake flats.
Sticky but i hope that would gone with use. The only strings that make my B and E at the P pickup spot not floppy or boomy, so they cut in the mix so well. Good price. These are the best flats i tried.

Fake flat ?? DO you means EB Cobalt flat ??? :roflmao:

I run a set of GHS flats on my BEAD P Bass and I love them. I agree with the OP: nice focus on the B and E strings. I actually prefer this BEAD set to a TI set that I tried on the same bass due to the mellower mids of the GHS, and the GHS set keeps a nice tonal balance from string to string without any peakiness.
