IMO, that’s a great price for the 4-string set!


I just ordered 3 sets of 6-string Bass Boomers ML 30-126 from Fret Nation at $28.13 per set with free shipping, which IMHO is still a great deal.

The set that’s currently on my Spector Euro 6LT has been on it since early December ‘21, and still sounds good to me.

I have an ultrasonic cleaner (Stainless Steel 1.3l Liter Ultrasonic Cleaner Industry Heated Heater W – Vevor US) and Cascade dishwasher Detergent (Cascade Complete Dishwasher Detergent - 33836 | Blain's Farm & Fleet (farmandfleet.com) to clean my strings. I have 2 sets of strings (nickel wound) that I rotate and have had on my bass for over 18 months, and I play every day.

Hi, what are your settings (Temperature in F or C and timer)? How you dry the strings before to put it back? Thanks!

I just put in hot water (110 f) and run it a fee minutes. Dry off with towel, leave out obernight.
