Gibson bicentennial Thunderbird neck pickup palm rest.

This has probably been asked before, does anyone know the dimensions of the front (neck) pickup/ palm rest/ ashtray cover on the bicentennial Thunderbirds?
Does any one make or carry that particular cover? I'm sure finding an original who be near impossible.
