Gibson EBO neck replacement?

Hey fellas, I have a gibson EBO copy that has a stripped truss rod and the neck is bowed pretty badly. Anybody know of a place where I could get a replacement neck? I've been googling my little heart out with no luck. Any help would be amazing.

If you can replace a set neck, couldn't you remove the fretboard and put in a new truss rod?
