Gibson Grabber (three screw) truss rod cover

Hi guys,
no amount of searching has lead me to any answers on this. All I find are posts about the standard two screw gibson truss rod cover replacements. I was wondering if anyone knew about the three screw gibson truss rod cover replacements?

I've found ebay pages like this

Which are sort of helpful. I wouldn't want any of those designs, or that colour, but I'm on the right track - the problem is, there are a million different sizes! Which is the grabber closest to? The first two? The last one? aaag!

Hi guys,
I am busy with restoring my '74 grabber. I want to order a custom replacement of the truss rod cover. For that I need the mounting hole dimensions and the distance from the bottom of truss rod cover to the bottom screw holes. Would be very nice if someone could sent those
