Gibson Open Gear Tuners

I wanted to start a bass project, and for my sins I got one... I'm actually very excited to have recently purchased an unloaded Gibson Ripper body and neck. It is the second, less chunky body style, but on closer inspection I noticed that the headstock had indentations under the tuner footprints. That is, it originally came with the earlier Gibson open gear tuners instead of Schaller BMs. My question is this: are there any modern replacements for these tuners that would not require any drilling, or, barring that, at least any that would not require any routing of the post holes. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
