I was surprised we didn't have one of these on here, so here it is, if you want to post some pics from recent gigs, have at it.

Of course, I'll start.

Last Saturday, craft fair in Norco, CA, played to a crowd of roughly 200 people milling around the craft fair. 2 sets, 2 hours, got paid in burgers, drinks, and cookies. All-in-all, not a bad gig.

Only 1 low-res picture from a very fun gig last night. Christmas party for the guitarist day gig company. Very pleasant folks to play for - including a first - as I was loading up after the gig, I was about to set the upright in my car and one of the guest asked me if I'd like some help. Wow! Never had that happen before. I thanked him, of course, but told him I had done it a couple million times so I kind of 'had it down'

And yes, we got excellent food, wine, and desert too, but also got paid EACH what I usually charge for a trio. Wish I had one of those gigs every week!

Just tonight in Boston. Played to about 2,100 Harvard grads for their winter formal. Rockin night, indeed!

Edit: Sorry, just noticed this is a DB thread. Saw the pic above my post and got excited. If you want me to remove it, I will. However, it was still a great gig. :)

OK by me. I posted my DB photo in the BG thread on the OLD and/or EMBARRASSING GIGS discussion. Hard to remember what I'm doing when I get all excited.

Since this was posting under "Bluegrass", was the intention for only bluegrassers to post gig pics? If not, maybe it would make sense to move it under "Double Bass: Miscellaneous". I would also try to keep it double bass related since there are plenty of gig pic threads on the bass guitar side of TB.
