OK fellow bass players I need some opinions, I got 2 cheap passes a Squier affinity series and a somewhat old Suzuki SB10, I want to have both in my collection but realize neither is really worth dropping a ton of money into, but I am going to build one with good electronics new bridge etc,but which one? The Squier has a broken wire that needs soldered and its fine, the Suzuki I still have everything for it but its torn apart in boxes,it sounded the better out of the two,but I might just get new stuff for the squier and use the parts from that on the Suzuki to make it playable on the other hand the Suzuki is from the early 90"s and on its getting close to being considered vintage,I live both for being "student models" their both awesome passes, please give me some input here, the lucky bass is going to be made to look like a 60/70's p bass with the ashtray guards and tug bar
