GK MB210-II

Has anyone tried the new II series GK MB210? I was at GC yesterday and checked it out. Decent combo. Weighs only 34lbs. 350W output stand alone and 500W when combined with additional 8ohm cab. They are asking 699 for it with a 10% coupon they are offering right now. I am not sure I should get it. I unfortunately have a limited amp/cab budget. I wanted a Mark Bass setup but you can't touch a head alone for less than 6??. Suggestions, comments? Thanks guys.

I have owned 4 in the past 3 weeks. I had to return EVERY one of them. They sound great, but as soon as you turn the volume up at all, it rattles like CRAZY! the back panel is so thin and there is something in there that moves around? I wanted desperately to LOVE It! Their customer service SUCKS. the final straw that sent me to Markbass was that I sent the tech dept. an email 2 weeks ago, no response, so I called...dude says, "yeah, it's probably something simple that we can tell you to do, but let me ask my supervisor first, I'll call you back"...that was 4 days ago! I finally took it back and bought the Markbass.

I have the MB210 and I like it. I have used it to play many small to medium gigs. I absolutely LOVE it when I pair it with the Neo 1x12. Big difference. Great little amp. Also check out the peavey 115 combo. Its not as light ( about 70lbs.) but it kicks ass! 600 watts. It costs about the same, and lights up with a cool blue light on stage.
