GK Neo 212 circuit board question

Picked up a used Neo 212 the other day. The cab works great via the Speakon connector, but I had to look into the 1/4 Fullrange connector…

The outside is obviously broken off, but can anyone identify this mod/hack done on the board? I'll see if it works tomorrow but that jumper wire looks pretty shady…

Somebody already tried to repair this and destroyed the PCB pads.

This is what happens when underqualified techs attempt repairs and back them up.

Bummer. GK used to sell replacement connector panels.
