GK with Orange Terror

Hello fellow bassists,

A couple weeks ago I bought the awesome Orange Terror 500w head. Today I bought the Gallien-Krueger Neo 212 600w cab. I was wondering on how you guys think the two will sound together? I realize the cab is more watts than the head but that just means I can't turn all the way up but what cab is every turned up all the way. Anyways let me know how you think the two will sound together!

I think you are confused with how al lthis works....

You dont turn the cab up, it consumes the power from the amp. Either way the amp has more than enough power to damage your cab, just use your ears.

Per the sound, go play through it. If it sounds good to you, then it is good.

Should sound fine. It's actually good you have a higher rated wattage on your cab than your head. If you ever want to go louder just buy a second one of those cabs and stack em.

Orange sp212 cab is 600 watt as well so no worries.
It should be plenty loud with an Orange tinge
