Glad I found this place

I've been playing guitar for about 40 years; mostly acoustic. Although I admired lead guitarists, I never felt at home there. Last year I bought my son a bass and began playing around with it. To my amazement, I picked it up quickly and picked it up well. I never sounded this tight on guitar.

Now I'm looking for a solid acoustic bass to develop my skills and eventually an amp to go along with it. I have a LOT to learn, I'm looking forward to it and I'm glad to have discovered this resource.
