Hello, fellow musicians.
I joined this forum because I was having a situation where I needed much impartial advice, so I decided to ask you people. I really think this helped me a lot and I'm grateful for your advice.

So now comes my official introduction:

My name is Alex, but many call me Riako. I've lived in México my whole life, wich has been 25 years so far.
I started playing bass when I was sixteen when my mother gave my first bass for chrismas. It was a Washburn T12 and I played with it until I bought my first bass by myself, wich was a Squire P-bass.

Right now I have a Epiphone Thunderbird and a Gretsch G2202 junior jet bass.
I usted to be on a band until recently, where I played Indie rock/shoegaze for almost 4 years.
I have a side/not so serious punk-rock band called "Los Cretinos Desleales", wich would translate as "Unloyal Cretins".

I'm sure I will learn a lot here and I'm looking forward to assist with my knowledge/experience if possible.
This would be my first bassist forum and it makes me glad to join.
Thank you again. (:
