Does anyone have an opinion on the Godin 4-string passive model pickups. I'm l;ooking at buying one new. I played the active model with the soapbars and loved how it sounded and played. But I have my eye on the passive p/j model. Are they decent? The price looks good.

I have been playing one that is quite good. I think it sounds better than the MIM Fenders I've played. It is well made. I'm no expert, but on a bass like this, I think that the quality of the set-up is a big factor.
