I was wondering if this is a common thing.
I have been playing my bass for about 6 hours.
But I also notice this around 2 hour mark.
I start playing and enjoy how my "rig" sounds
But then after a few hours things don't sound so awesome. The bass kinda disappears and it seems honky and bright. Then I usually start screwing around with all the settings to try to compensate and them the next day I wonder what the hell was i doing the day before.
I wonder if im going deaf. Or is this common for
Listening to music, I play loud enuf that the bass has a nice feel to me. My ears are not ringing .
I play in a 20ft by 10ft basement with ton of carpets on the wall bass traps Ect Ect
Threw over enthusiasm. My practice rig is 410 ampeg svt with a svt 3
There is defiantly plenty of attack.
Ive noticed this for quite a while. Has anyone else experience this phenomenon?
