Gold Anodized Pickguards on different colored P basses

They do look good on almost any finish color. I especially like them when combined with a maple board.

Thanks. The color is actually more of a dark grey metallic. It looks different depending on the lighting. Here's another pic with that bass in action this weekend.

It came that way. FCS released these a few years ago. They also released them in a color I think they called Melon Tangerine or something.

Oh, it's a closet classic. I looked at those but settled on a Classic 70s P, instead.
