Good bass?

Hey, this is my first year playing bass. Yay, anyway, I like it, and I can play pretty well in my opinion, and I think in the near future I may want to consider getting a new bass. But first, I would like to see if this one I have now is good, because if it is, I may just keep it and use it for a few more years.

Here's what I have(Its an Indiana(whatever that is))

Presuming this is your bass:

I doubt too many folks here will call it a really great bass, but, if you like it and it sounds good for you, then enjoy it.

Most beginner basses of that type are not known for being top-notch and frequently don't hold up well. If you plan to continue playing bass for many years to come, saving up some $ and buying a good, solid, mid-tier bass guitar is a very good investment. There are endless threads here on suggestions for basses.

In the meantime, keep practicing!

Yea, I have been practicing more, and liking bass more, and this guy is ok, but not the best. it gets out of tune like every other day, and I get this feedback ring whenever I am not playing and have the bass plugged into the amp. SO I will probably save up and get a new one
