Good Books To Read?

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Currently reading it. Although, I think if I hadn't seen the movie first, it may be a better read.

Give the movie Where the Buffalo Roam with bill Murray a go. Not exactly true to the book like F&L, but it's a gas to watch. Murray nails Hunter Thompson. One of my alltime favorites.

I hadn't read any sci-fi for quite a few years until a friend pointed me towards "A Fire Upon the Deep" by Vernor Vinge. I found it to be one of the most convincing, original and intriguing universes I've ever read about. I haven't got around to reading his other stuff yet but definitely will.
