Good guitar head for bass?

I had a listen to meshuggah. I can see it’s a particular tone which fits the genre and if that’s what you want fair enough
Not my type of Music TBH but each to his own 😁
I jokingly suggested a Meshuggah song for our cover band. One of our guitar players said he got arthritis just listening to it.
 
I have had excellent results with an early '70s 7ender Princeton Reverb into a bass cab. Also, same with a '66 7ender BandMaster head. A while ago I had a 1962 7ender Concert Amp that worked fine with the in-built speakers at reasonable volume levels.
