Good quality square head silent soft-touch / soft-click footswitch to modify a pedal

Hi,

I'm looking for a good quality square head silent soft-touch / soft-click footswitch to modify a pedal...

=> NOT A SWITCHER / SWITCHING SYSTEM WITH FOOTSWICHES !

Help me TalkBass Kenobi, you’re my only hope...

Thanks.

May the Groove be with you.

I had the same confusion and wasn't sure if you were looking for a component switch or a pedal?...

Here's some?
A little more complicated:

I found none with a "square head" - don't they simply use round head switches with a cover?...

Now you have me looking at switch pedals. I saw the Mesa Boogie "Highwire" and think that I "need" one. Thanks. ;)

Gotta love TB. Good luck,

This doesn't exist. The only thing close would be a Boss foot switch replacement.
I'm curious which foot switch topper you're using. All the ones I've seen are made for round switches.
Now if you're having trouble putting a topper on a switch. It could be one of the wider switches that exist and the bore of your topper isn't wide enough.

You don't understand or I'm explaining myself badly...

The rounded base type that you speak of are single pole single throw SPST momentary switches.

If you're wanting a three pole double throw 3PDT. Those are all square shape at the base.

3PDT is the most common used in pedals.

To help the OP a little bit - Yoda is looking for a switch possessing a head that is square or rectangular in profile, from the side. Generally some 10mm diameter x 6ish high.
