Good songs in Drop C tuning

My Link Removed site.

I am not a technical player. I play all of the guitar and bass stuff and it's in dropped C.

Just fun music and a side project of mine. You can download them for free too.

How do you tune up a 4 banger for drop C properly? We've got some old drop C tunes that we are revamping that I havn't played bass on before and I don't have clue how to set up a bass for it.

Ernie Ball Power Slinkys. If not you will have some serious string flop. I have found with the Power Slinkys I don't have to make much if any kind of adjustment to the neck due to keeping the tension pretty close.

Seriously. You need thicker strings, but it's a huge pain to go back to standard tuning without creating some seriously high action or broken strings.

Is the gauge that works pretty well for me.

I think GHS Heavy gauge 34" Bass Boomers would fill that bill as well. .050 .075 .095 .115
