Tuner pedal into sansamp into a deep blue rocktron chorus and a X2 system

I don't play alot of FX heavy music, and my sansamp is all the distortion I'll ever need, but any other suggestions on other types of pedals that would give me a good balance of raw, deep bass (sansamp + chorus?) to a smooth, mellow tone?

Perhaps chuck in a compressor in there for good measure. Recommend either the Demeter or the BBE
