They both sound really nice. The ebony was a great choice. Gives them a more refined sound and more sustain over a Fender. My preference would be the BB3000 or BB5000 in white of course .
Cool basses, but the dude singing & sniffling kinda ruined the audio comparison for me. Had to really hunt and peck around to find clips where it’s JUST the bass that I was hearing.
As an owner of both, for me the BB2000 is the clear winner in the tone department, especially with pickups blended. More of a jazz-bass vibe, only much better IMO.
