Got a countryman today

I have been thinking about getting a countryman type 85. I finally ordered one today. I found a great deal on amazon.com for $89. Can't wait to plug it up. I know a lot of people like them, anyone care to share about theirs?

My favorite for the past 15 years. Bulletproof, quiet and clean... exactly what a DI should be.

The Countryman is the only DI i use on my bass. I never had any problems & it's rider friendly too.

Great DI, whenever you have a chance try the Radial J48. You will be very pleasantly surprised.

Don't forget that the Countryman is polarity inverting (pin 3 hot).

I didnt know that.. Do you know why they do that.. The Alembic F1X also has an inverted Pin 3 hot.. and never knew why.

I believe they both came out during a period in which Pin 3 hot was normal here, but other nations were switching to Pin 2 hot. The manufacturers elected to keep their products as they had always been.
