All about the same price I'm leaning toward the G&L USA over the Lakeland Imports thoughts?

Been a fender guy all my life. want to try something different. I have never tried a G&L or Lakland. But i heard a ton about both. Its hard to buy without playing I checked out the music stores around and there is non of either. so I might give one of theses a shot.
I've got a 2015 LB100. Great bass. Solid build. Plays and sounds great. Very happy with it. Can't speak to the Laklands but hear good things about them too.

There is a mystique, I think, about owning a US-made bass. I know there is for me.

Congrats on the G&L! Let us know how you like it when it arrives. I recently took in a P style bass that was just under 8 lbs (7.9ish) without the strap it is quickly becoming my go to in part because of weight.
