Got me a Behringer Ultrabass BA810 "Refrigerator" cab

Soooo I scored this mint condition beast for a mesially hundred bucks. Now I'm no expert bass player so I can't go into how good it sounds versus this cab & that cab, but to me it sounds great. My two biggest issues with this thing is its two tiny wheels on the back bottom edge, and the WEIGHT! 176 pounds!!! It took me a good 30 minutes to wrestle this thing into the house and down into the basement.

It goes without saying that I'm gonna put casters on it; probably along one side.

Does anyone else own one of these? What are your thoughts about it?

Ha! Ultrabass is what I meant to use as my username (I was 17 - seven years ago).

Oh well, I'm retiring this screen name as soon as the mods approve it.

As for your post, that beast is incredible. I used it in high school, for pep band, jazz band, musicals... It was a real powerhouse. Can't remember what head we used. Plenty of boomy lows, IIRC.

I am pretty jealous, won't lie.
