Is it just me or does that look like a Dean? :D Hopefully it plays better!

Its pretty plain that this dude works for this company and is hocking their wares in the forum, and I think a few of thse thread starters are probably planted. I don't much care, but this is a commercial, and I am pretty sure the TOS indicate that if he works for this woodo bunch then he needs to declare it openly. His profile, created yesterday, indicates that he is a he, and not much more.

And now for the on topic. 240 euros is like 400 bucks or so. Then I have to get a bunch of pals to help me get them at that price. Then I have to get them to the states. Then I have to figure out who in the hell Woodo is when I am looking for customer support. FOr hte 400, I get a squier from the store up the road, play it and set it up before I buy it, and can go down there for any help I need during a lunch break. Keep it. Oh yeah, and poorly formed sentences/ crappy English are usually signs of shady dealings when dealing with craigslist, not sure that this is any different. Not sure enough to make a 5000 USD group purchase, thats for damn sure.

I'm not representing any company. Only myself.
Please could you keep those speculations with yourself. ok?

So, let me say this once again:

Swedish Woodo guitars and basses ( www.woodoguitars.se ) are manufactured originally by South-Korean company KHL Corporation ( www.wolfguitars3.com ). As well as Finnish Worna Guitars ( Link Removed ), German HK-instruments ( www.hk-instruments.de ) and RawenWestGuitar Co. ( www.ravenwestguitar.com ). These are just re-branded, more expensive versions of Wolf Guitars...
And pls note: I'm not saying their business is a bad thing. Just want to lighten things a bit...

I paid for my WOLF SS, TC1 and S2 (baritone with 7-strings) only 204, 175 and 227 euros. When (about the) same models GSS, GTC1 and GSS2 on Woodo are 578, 471 and 771 euros + shipment.

I don't have anything against Woodo and these others. Just wanted to say that these instruments are made in korea and traded by KHL. Also because that no one gets confused or some silly idea "Oh! These good instruments are actually designed and made by this woodo! (worna, etc.)" Sure Woodo has some its own "specifications-changed"-models. But still, there are some models that others may have. And the only difference is logo on the headstock.

You can see pictures of my own wolfs here:

love these ^^

Wow! Just remembered my old thread about my woodo bass.

Well, I'm not working for woodo for sure. The reason I started this thread was just because I was happy for my new bass. Not to sell the Woodo brand. I know these basses are rebranded korean basses. All though I still think they are great instruments. I haven't got my Woodo left and there's a reason for that. In fact I did sell all of my gear. I got a dicease from a tick called TBE about 2,5 years ago. I was unconcious for about 4 weeks and when I woke up I couldn't walk or talk properly. I had brain fever and almost died. My fine motor skills didn't work properly after and according to doctors I probably would't get better.
I was home sick for over a year and then had to quit my old job. I sold of all of my music gear and got me some new camera gear to start my own business as a photographer.
I am still not completely healthy and probably wont get any better but I'm fighting every day with my dicease.

I have been training my fingers on my kids electric guitar to the point where I feel i can play bass again and I have just gotten myself a Squier Special 5. I don't have that much money because of being sick for a long time and starting a business. So I have to start from scratch again with buying gear.

I am now saving up for a Spector or à Warwick since I have always loved those basses but never owned one.

Would I concider a Woodo again? Sure. Without a doubt. I loved my Woodo. No matter where it comes from or cost in other countries. But for this time I will save up for one of my dream basses stated above.

I don't know if the part someone wrote about crappy english was meant to me? If is the case, well I'm not living in an english speaking part of the world. But I try and i think I'm able to make myself understood. You try making yourself undertood in my language.

Well, it's an old thread but I just wanted to let you guys and girls know where I have been and why I disappeared from this forum for so long.

Take care and play as much as you can. You never know if you wont be able to play one day. Don't take anything for granted.
