Lions and Tigers and Bears? Do tell???
As loud or louder than I'd hoped it would be. It is my first venture into tube drive and I already see the potential. The 10's are giving all the low-end I'm used to and yet the mids are there in a different way.
I had it growlin when my wife walked in and though impressed, she likes a cleaner more hi-fi sound. A couple clicks of the knobs and there it was no sweat. I find the tube gain to be very sensitive.
I think the biggest thing to get used to will be going to essentially a 3 band EQ from a 4 band, but really not that big deal.
The real bummer is no gigs for a couple weeks but I have some more tweakin to do with getting my pedalboard reset.
