GR Bass Cab

I purchased a GR 2/12 bass cab seven months ago. The crossover went out a few months ago. GR sent me a "new" crossover and that one immediately began to make the high pitched squeal that the first one do before it completely went out.

Now, GR wants me to contact the dealer who sold me the gear. What happened to the five year warranty? My buddy had the crossover go out on his GR 2/12 combo. I still use a five year old GR 2/8 cab daily. It is great! Has anyone else had problems with the new GR gear. What changed? My question was avoided by GR.

What does the dealer say about the situation? I'm curious to know how involved they are in product support.

They apologized. Asked if I could send a video of it doing its thing. They suggested that it may be my amp (GR ONE 800) or my speaker cables. They also suggested genuine Neutrik connectors. I am so done with GR! The 5 year warranty is a joke. The stickers on the gear should say, "You should have bought our gear 5 years ago"
