I just thought I relate my wonderful experience when I had to send my Grace Felix back to the shop. The amp out just suddenly stopped working. They did the repair quickly and sent it back within less than a week. Alex at Grace was very helpful. Seems that both the Amp Out and the Channel 2 DI were blown, we still don't know what caused the issue but but it's back and working fine. Alex recommended that I connect all the cables to the Felix before plugging it in as a precaution.
