Great customer service from Schaller

Hey everyone...just thought I'd report this here, hoping this is the create spot.
I recently emailed Schaller as I had notice the little screws and fastening bushes had wriggled free and been list on my Fender branded BML clover lites.
Not only did a rep get back to me same day (they're in Germany, I'm in Australia), but they identified the parts and sent them to me free of charge. Received them today.
Great customer service.

I've had a couple of interactions with Schaller customer service (ordering extra roller bridge rollers for multi-course projects) - never been anything but stellar, professional, polite, and helpful.
