Just ordered a couple sets of strings from stringsbymail.com and maybe I am just easily impressed as I am used to just grabbing something at the music store, but not only were the strings cheaper than I could find elsewhere (even including the shipping and exchange from USD to CAD) but the letter I got with it was more than I would have expected from an online order. Not that I plan on ever calling for a consultation over strings, but it's cool that it is offered. It also says that if there is anything I ever want that they don't yet carry, they could get it in for me. I didn't have to wait too long for them either!
