Just joined TB, and I'm excited to find this group of like-minded people. I've had what I call a "wishful thinking" desire to learn to play electric bass, but always put it off. Now, I'm in the process of "building" my own bass, (Chinese copy of a Fender P-bass), and will devote my time to learning the basics of playing. Hope this forum gets to be my go-to place on the internet to find answers to my questions.
