I'm wanting to send a stereo audio signal through my GT10b. However, the GT10b only has a single 1/4 jack input. Can I send a stereo signal through this input if I use a TRS cable? Or will it just be mono?

Don't know much about this unit (though I've been looking at it a few months ago with a passing interest in buying), but generally the inputs on these things are mono.

Why do you want to feed it stereo? Do you play a Rick?

No mate I'm a beatboxer/Loop Artist like dub fx or beardyman. I have a vocal effects unit with is in stereo that I want to feed through the GT10b without loosing the panning ect. I also use the BOSS SL Slicer which has panning effects. It will be a shame if I can't send stereo sound through. I'll have to swap for a line 6 m13 maybe instead. The GT10b is amazing for vocal produced bass synths ect.

You mean feeding voice into bass effects...? Does this work well? Wow, I got to try this...

Why not put the GT10B in front of the others then? Voice starts out mono anyway...

Yeah it works incredibly well. My issue is that a vocal prosessor I use only has a mono input too so I'd loose the stereo signal created by the GT10b if I put it first in the chain. Looks like I'm going to have to make a sacrifice somewhere. If you want to see an example I have a video on www.youtube.com/voxcornelious

It's been a long time since I've used one but for STEREO try using the EXT LOOP RETURN as a 2nd input, then insert it into the chain where you want it.

Not sure if you can maintain hard panned L/R outputs, one for each FX chain. But I think you can.
